Appartamento nuovo sicuramente appena ristrutturato e pulito. Presenti anche asciugamani, carta igienica, phon e qualcosa per la colazione. Parcheggio difronte molto ampio. Ha anche un terrazzo e un balcone. Condizionatori presenti in tutti gli ambienti. Perfetto.

Interni dell' appartamento ben curati e puliti

Esterni dell' appartamento: condominio molto vecchio e poco curato esternamente, completamente il contrario degli interni. Una sera ho incontrato un energumeno sulle scale dell' appartamento che mi ha sbraitato contro chiedendomi a malo modo chi fossi (" ma chi c*** sei !) scena assurda deplorevole e francamente molto inquietante... Non ho capito bene se questo individuo abita lì nel palazzo ed è in qualche modo collegato con la proprietaria. Ho fatto presente l'accaduto al gestore che mi ha chiesto scusa per l'accaduto.... Cmq mi sono impaurito abbastanza, sembrava ubriaco.
