Very kind host, David, with fluent English (not common in CZ). The building is spacious, equipped with all needed things, like fridge, deep fridge, dishwasher. 2 separate bathrooms with shower and toilet. Summer kitchen is also big and providing extra seating area. Parking for one car in the garden only, other(s) could park at the front of the property, which is also safe and realaxed. The best is no neighbours due to wall fences, so you can be relaxed for sure.
However other feedbacks claimed about it, still no mosquito net was available, but we installed some, made the climate way better for sleep.

Dotažený venkovní prostor (nelze dobře využít v chladných dnech)
Kvůli posuvným netěsnícím dveřím bylo všechno slyšet, skrz tyto dveře je z chodby vidět i přímo na záchod
V devíti lidech jsme se cítili poměrně namačkaní ve společném sezení v kuchyni
Jednoduché parkování pouze pro 2 auta

Die Unterkunft hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir haben uns darin gefühlt wie in der Toskana. Traumhaft schön. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und bei Anliegen wurde immer schnellstmöglich auf Anfragen geantwortet. Das Haus ist was ganz Besonderes.
Eigentlich gibt es nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat, aber als kleine Verbesserung.... die Bettdecken dürften etwas dünner sein, sie waren für die Temperatur etwas zu warm. :)
Und ein Fliegengitter vor dem Fenster wäre nicht schlecht, damit man auch in der Nacht lüften kann.
