Uitzicht op de oceaan is prachtig. De patio is leuk. Strand is erg dichtbij. Horeca gelukkig op ruime afstand (wel te lopen maar buiten gehoorsafstand).
De studio heeft geen airco en het was er erg warm. Er was een ouderwetse ventilator maar die had een gebruiksaanwijzing en deed het niet erg goed. De koelkast is wel aan vervanging toe en miste onderin een plank voor flessen. De studio staat heel vol met allerlei spullen. De patio is niet erg open waardoor het weinig door kan waaien. Het slot van de parkeerplek was helemaal kapot. Het is best een eind lopen van de parkeerplek naar de studio (2 trappen ook) dus veel gesjouw. Omgeving is erg bebouwd, weinig groen.
