1) The inside updates, decor were amazing!
2) we enjoyed the outside seating
3) we loved that we didn’t have to completely clean the house for it to be cleaned- for which we have to pay in fees. I always find that curious & VERY impressed that this owner/agency was upfront with the fees & were reasonable in the check out process.
1) The main bedroom has two sets of windows. One window set of windows really needs curtains b/c there is a fairly large gap people can see into the bedroom from outside. A set of curtains will fix that.
2) there were no wash pods like the instructions said would be there.
3) the grass needs to be maintained & there is a bike rusting in the front yard- not sure if it’s decor, but does not look purposeful.

It was quiet but close to stores, food, etc. The owner was great, very accommodating. Our 1st time doing this sort of thing and he was very helpful.
Since my mom has a walker she stated that moving around in it was a little hard.
