Oasis Resort

What a beautiful resort overlooking the Katpana desert! We had a huge room with stunning views of the mountains. The desert is only steps away and we were given a guided walk through it, but you could walk through it yourself, since it's right next door (just be mindful there are stray dogs there at times). The staff really made our stay. They were pleasant, hard working and accommodating. We stayed as a couple and considered this to be a romantic little break. The resort also offers excursions, such as jeep safari's through the desert which is thrilling. We would love to stay again!

It's Located in the Katpana Desert and you can walk to the desert from the resort. It's quiet and far from the town centre. (If you prefer being in the centre, then not for you) The staff are good and the rooms are fairly big and with a balcony.

Amazing location, away from the hustle and bustle of Skardu; wonderful staff that made us feel like home; beautiful views directly from our room; 1 second and you are in the desert; and let me repeat: the staff is exceptional! They really went out of their way to make us have an incredible time (from their driving services, to Q&As, and assistance during a road block). We highly recommend this place!
