Appartamento comodo per 5/6 persone, carino e arredato con l'essenziale; dotato quasi di tutto il necessario, addirittura ci sono a disposizione sdraiette e ombrelloni per la spiaggia. Posizione ottima, vicinissima al mare e ai servizi; situato in zona tranquilla. Cosimo persona gentilissima e molto disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca e pasticciotti e sempre in contatto per necessità.
Sicuramente l'appartamento necessita di un po' più di manutenzione, ho avuto qualche problema con gli scarichi dei condizionatori che prevedono lo svuotamento della tanica ogni giorno e con gli odori di fogna che uscivano dai pozzetti. Il cortiletto interno ha bisogno di una copertura nuova, quella attuale non fa più ombra.
