The problems I had were that the room needed walls and corners cleaned BAD. Appliances need replaced.... immediately. Toilet takes 5 mins to fill up and Ice machine is broke.
But, at least there's no roaches, no bed bugs. And for $xxx/ night you can't beat that for an overnight stay.
I must say the lady at front desk was nice and she accommodated me with an early check in for free. I appreciate that after a long drive.

The place was very run down and dirty. It smelled like weed and cigarettes. The "neighbors" seemed like they were on drugs, but I can't confirm that. I'm not one to normally complain, but I wouldn't stay here if I could afford a better place, which I could. We left within 20 minutes of arriving.
