Location was fine for outside Hanoi. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get Grab too.
Didn't realise it was a smoking hotel. My room, and even bedding, smelled of smoke. I would've requested a non smoking room but there was an ashtray, so obviously it wasn't. Only one member of reception seemed to speak English. Says you can pay at property, but doesn't say 'cash only'. Steps to get into property and no lift inside. Can hear other guests talking.
