The location is amazing. The apartment is conveniently located at 150 mts from Lupa supermarket. We always found parking near by the building. Cueto is a nice neighborhood at a10 minute drive from the center of Santander. You find restaurants, cafes and pharmacies at walking distance from the flat. Although we never met the administrator of the property, she was always monitoring that we were comfortable and doing okay.
Fixing small details would have contributed to improve the quality of our stay: The Wi Fi connection is poor. It doesn't allow you more than. 5 devices connected at the same time, and it didn't cover the main bedroom. The heating system likely has a program that we were not able to control. The temperature never achieved more than 22 C°. Small details, like having a small trash bin in each bathroom and a plug to charge the mobile phone and other devices in each bathroom, would have improved a lot the stay.

Muy buena ubicación si quieres estar en un lugar tranquilo en Santander con acceso a la S20 y playa de mataleñas y el sardinero. Todo perfecto y también marta la anfitriona pendiente de que todo estuviera preparado para nuestra estancia y durante nuestra estancia. Camas muy cómodas y baños perfectos.

L'appartamento aveva tutto quello che può servire per una vacanza. Molto pulito. Grande. Silenzioso. Quartiere residenziale. A due passi dalla fermata dell'autobus per andare in centro. Molto comodo. Molti parcheggi a disposizione.
