Casa Margherita, nuovo appartamento in centro

L'appartement est spacieux et très propre. L'hôte est attentionnée. Excellent point de départ pour explorer le lac. A proximité de l'embarcadère de ferry, de la station de bus, d'un supermarché et de parkings gratuits.

The location was great! Apartment was modern and spotless! Would definitely stay there again!

Just an FYI … many steps…

Lovely refurbished apartment in a great location near Menaggio town centre and with a great supermarket and patisserie next door which is very convenient.

The floors need a good vacuum and mop as were a bit dusty. Additionally, communication from the host in the lead up to our stay could have been better as was left very late.

Vanna’s apartment in Menaggio is truly a little gem. The location couldn’t be more perfect - right in the heart of the lake, offering all the charm and convenience of a central stay, yet without the crowds of Bellagio or Varenna. Parking was never an issue, with plenty of space just a minute’s walk away near Victoria Beach. The apartment itself is spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept. Every detail has been thought of, and while we often ate out in the evenings, the kitchen was so well-equipped that we could have happily cooked there too. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was Vanna herself. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home- bringing us an umbrella when the weather turned, providing fresh towels, and even surprising us with delicious homemade pastries. Her warmth and thoughtfulness added such a personal touch that made our holiday feel extra special. We absolutely loved our time here, and without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Casa Margherita the next time we visit Lake Como.
