Das gebuchte Haus konnte durch eine Doppelbuchung nicht in Anspruch genommen werden. Der Vermieter hat sich umgehend vor der Anreise mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt und sich sofort um eine Alternative in einem Hotel bemüht und alles dort geklärt. Absolut zufriedenstellend! Keine Mehrkosten. Prima.
