Beautiful apt with noisy street below and bizarre parking
Appears newly refurbished, very tasteful, clean and has a great view of the sea from living room and bedroom and the combined terrace.
Picture and description are deceiving. It's not "beachfront." It is sea view or ocean view and sits across a busy highway in the 2nd floor of a condo building built into hillside. Beach is 20 steps down once you cross the highway. Parking requires driving 1/2 mile from entrance down the road and up the hill to a congested area of narrow streets. Paid private parking is in a lot that has very tight spaces and it seems difficult for even a medium sized crossover car to park. You have to be really great at parking due to barriers flanking entry to stall. Then it's 4 steps, an elevator down and another elevator up to the unit. Not easy and not good for HC accessibility. Property agent speaks very little English and doesn't translate with chat GPT or other. Instructions inside are only in Italian. Nice washer but no dryer! Noisy motorcycles constantly on highway.Website does not explain this!

Un bell’appartamento direttamente sul mare
Una bell’appartamento arredato in stile moderno con lavatrice, lavastoviglie e tutto l’occorrente per una vacanza. Abbiamo persino trovato la macchinetta del caffè comprensiva di cialde e cappuccinatore nespresso. La parte migliore sicuramente la vista impagabile. Bellissimo il terrazzo e svegliarsi la mattina, alzando le tapparelle, e vedere subito il mare. Un sogno.
Abbiamo segnalato ai gestori la scarsa pulizia, una volta entrati ci siamo messi a passare di nuovo lo straccio sui pavimenti. Il bollitore era pieno di calcare e gli scarichi, anche della doccia, da disostruire. Il parcheggio non è incluso nell’appartamento e a noi hanno chiesto 10€ a notte.
