El departamento esta muy lindo puesto. El sillon y sala de estar son amplios y comodos. Esta muy bien equipada la cocina La ubicacion esta bien, relativamente cerca a los puntos turisticos, o metro/ tranvia
No tiene aire acondicionado. Dias muy calurosos los 2 ventiladores no alcanzan. La cama del cuarto matrimonial tiene un colchon viejo, la mesa del comedor se mueve y las sillas se hunden un poco. Ese mobiliario deberia renovarse al ser un primer piso en una cuadra en subida las ventanas de los cuartos dan muy a la calle, casi no las abrimos porque la gente que camina por la vereda ve para adentro.

L'appartamento è moooooolto grande, con due belle camere matrimoniale, un angolo cottura molto funzionale, un bagno con ampia doccia ed una enorme zona giorno (sala da pranzo + soggiorno con una portaerei di divano!!!!) Comodissimo alla fermata della metro (a 150 m), a due passi da un supermercato (Auchan ben fornito) e ad un negozio di ortofrutta molto ben fornito
Difficile trovare cose che non mi sono piaciute, se proprio devo impegnarmi è un po' fastidiosa l'apertura (con vetro però) tra l'angolo cottura ed una delle due camere matrimoniali (quando uno accende la luce dà un po' di fastidio).....ma proprio proprio ad essere pignoli e voler trovare qualcosa da rimbeccare

Posizione buona vicino i mezzi pubblici
La pulizia - asciugamani macchiati, lenzuola sporche, tappeto doccia nero. Lavatrice con muffa che non abbiamo neanche provato a mettere in funziona.
