Oeste suites

We have a lovely stay at Oeste Suites. The building is unmarked, except by address so it took us a moment to double check our location, but after that it was easy. The host met us at the door, helped with our luggage and gave us a tour of the place. We paid via card, so our check in was done from the living room over whatsapp and email so they could send us the payment link. The rooms are comfortable, a small fridge was useful for some leftovers we had. The bed was great, and the darkening shades did a good job, allowing us to sleep after daybreak. Downstairs is a great sitting area in the main building, as well as a comfortable couch on the back porch. There is also another relaxing area toward the back by the pool, likely used for colder days. Breakfast is extensive, pretty much anything you might want including freshly scrambled eggs or house made yogurt. The staff was wonderful, proving any tips we might need, check in on us and being available any time to chat. Note that breakfast starts at 8am, so if you have an early wine tour you may want to pick up pastries from the nearby panaderia the night before.

A small sign confirming the hotel name near the gate would be useful. Its only an issue for that initial walk up, but would have been nice. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we visit Mendoza again. You are very close to a busy street (Aristides Villanueva) with tons of restaurants / bars, but we tried a couple and found them pretty poor food and grossly over priced, so definitely recommend going further afield for dining. The beers along the street were fine, so stop for drinks and then go elsewhere in the city for food.

The facilities, the bed, breakfast, very friendly staff, location, activity options and most of all the room and comfort of it. Outstanding!

Cecília was the consummate host. The room and common areas were very comfortable. The location was convenient to downtown.
