Great host, location and big space

The property was conveniently located near the main area of Argostoli, which we really appreciated. It was also nice to have access to a washer during our stay, and the bedrooms were warm at night but the beds were very comfortable.

We were a little disappointed with our experience. I contacted the property prior to our arrival through Booking.com but never received a response. When we arrived, there was no one there to give us a key and no lockbox or instructions provided. I tried calling the property but was having trouble getting through. Thankfully, a kind lady across the street helped us contact someone so we could get inside. I also received recommendations for the area a day after arriving which would have been helpful to receive prior our arrival. Better communication and a clearer check-in process would have made a big difference.
