Alnmouth Glamping

This Romani caravan is so cosy. The garden being secure for our dogs was a huge bonus. The garden was lovely and well cared for. It’s so peaceful sitting out on the decking with the garden lights twinkling in the dusk. Everything was clean. Alnmouth village is full of nice places to eat. The beach is a short walk away and is beautiful. Having a parking permit is helpful as it can get quite busy. The kitchen area has all you need for quick snacks and to chill your Prosecco!

Quirky little Gypsy Caravan with separate kitchen and toilet/shower facilities, lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy.

The accommodation is bit overlooked by blocks of flats and was quite noisy at times during our stay.

It was discretely tucked away in a small garden and close to all local amenities and the beach.

It was very small! I stayed as a single guest with a small dog! If there had been two it would have been very snug!

It was alright during day time, kept clean and tidy

When night time came it was pitch black, making the going to the toilet at night a hazard me and my husband fell over several times as their was zero visibility. In the morning of our departure there was lights on under the cabin which hadn’t been on the two previous nights. The gate being accessible by simple putting your hand through and being able to open it without a pass code made me barley sleep at all. The lock on threats cabin is pointless you can pull down the handle and it open with entering pass code. Was the worst two nights sleep we’ve had as we felt so unsafe.
