Tolle Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich. Auf kleinem Raum alles was man braucht. Inkl. Garage.
Die Wohnung liegt zur Strasse hin, da diese vielbefahren ist, hört man Sie deutlich, was schon störend sein kann. Ein Hinweis in der Beschreibung wäre gut gewesen. Vielleicht sind nur meine Frau und ich hier so empfindlich aber wir empfanden das Raumklima als extrem trocken und unangenehm. Ich vermute es kommt durch die Lüftungsanlage gepaart mit der Fußbodenheizung. Die Dusche war nach dem Duschen extrem schnell wieder trocken!

So stelle ich mir mein Traum Apartment vor. Geniale Aufteilung, grosszügige Küche mit allen Utensilien, die man sich vorstellen kann. Mit viel Holz, etliche geräumige Schränke, Balkon, alles super sauber. Problemloser Zugang über Zahlencodes, Carport fürs Auto. Nur 1.6. km vom Zentrum Mellaus entfernt und mit dem Radel innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Aktivitäten.
Die Lage an der Hauptdurchgangsstrasse ist leider nicht so optimal und wegen dem Verkehr recht laut.
