Everything is good: Great Location, Superb Facilities, Excellent Ocean View, Clean Space and Very Helpful Host throughout. The villa made our little Mandurah trip memorable and feeling totally recharged. We will definitely be back again in the future.
On our last day, the kids upstairs the villa is making lots of noises (early morning around 6 am) by stomping the floor and constantly screaming (till about 8 am), so we didn't rest properly. However, this is not the villa's fault as they couldn't control who lives upstairs.

Great accommodation. Walkable to the city centre, on the beach

Great location very clean and beautifully presented. Bed was very comfortable
Only a minor thing but the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again

Great location, ground floor right on the beach. Very private, modern facilities and well prepared.
