This apartment was amazing, one of the best ones I have stayed in Tenerife and I’ve been three times! Great location, central to everything, we walked to Siam park, pool bar is so good we used it everyday, place has everything you need. No reception but the communication was good with the host, showed us where to go with pictures, and allowed both early check in and late check out.
The apartment is located on the third floor of the complex with no elevator, us two girls had to carry 40kg of suitcases up three sets of stairs, safe to say we were wrecked. I also twisted my ankle on the third last day and had to use crutches, so it took me 20 minutes to get up and down them not alone the risk factor or the embarrassment. The pool area wasn’t very active and had to pay €2 for a lounger and a umbrella, the guy coming around was nice but zero English and had to wait some time for him to come around.
