Casa BOSS Modern Villa with Studio Pool and Air Conditioning

Julie was great, made it easy to check-in and out. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you would need to cook for the amount of people it can accommodate. There is a safe and the property is fitted with an alarm so it feels very safe. Location is perfect, a quick walk to bars/ restaurants, near two parks, only 10-15min from the Beach and beach clubs, or 15min walk to Mogan mall for shopping/ eating. You can also walk to the taxi rank and bus stop if you want to venture outside of Puerto Rico. They also provide beach towels so you don't need to bring those with you either!

The pool is shared so you have to walk down a few stairs to get to it, not a problem but just something to be aware of as seemed to miss this when booking, and unfortunately there's no toilet down there so you have to run back up to use the loo. Most of the rooms only have drawers/cupboard space, but have hooks on the walls - again not a problem but would recommend bringing some hangers with you to hang up long garments or shirts.

Top Ausstattung, toller Balkon mit Blick auf die Ortschaft, das Meer und die Berge, ruhig in der Nacht, keine Stechmücken! Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight

Der Check in war leider nicht sehr selbsterklärend

Very well located, very clean and with all the facilities inside the house! Julie is wonderful human and a wonderful host she made it very easy for us even though we were late in checking in she was very sweet to us 😊

The nearest pool to us was out of use due to chlorine levels, but we did have the use of another pool up the road. The kitchen needs to be better equipped for a large family. It said on the website it had a hot tub and private beach, it had neither. I fixed a water leak under the kitchen sink as it was leaking on the floor. During a rain storm, water leaked into one of the bedrooms through the air con unit. Some bedside lights didn't work. The local nightclubs are quite noisy until 3am. More drawers in the bedrooms are needed. Great living space indoors and outdoors, good location for shops and the beach, plenty of seating, good sized fridge freezer, The host was very friendly and was there to greet us and she was accommodating for our late check out, which we appreciated. All in all, we had a great time, we used the barbecue a few times, and it was nice to have the sun shine on the patio first thing in the morning.
