The decor is impeccable, beds comfy, parking accessible, and the mod cons complete. We really enjoyed coming "home" to Tree Fern Barn and our hosts communicated beautifully!
I might suggest a wifi booster in the main bedroom - as we had a little work to do while travelling, it was difficult to separate for privacy. The wifi in the main room was terrific though. This is important as there does not seem to be any local cellular connectivity.

Lesley and Tony were superb hosts, friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. The property is delightful, with quirky decor and all mod cons.
