Dimora 1890

Tommaso was a fantastic host, ready with keys, pizza and beer on the spacious rooftop terrace when we arrived late after a delayed flight. Clean, pleasant rooms in a central location in Parabita, where everyone greets each other — you get to know the baker, the greengrocer and the café owner after your first day. There's also a separate, shaded outdoor area with a shower, and the water pressure — often a weak point around here — was genuinely good. A small town that's easy to fall in love with. A car is essential if you want to reach the beautiful beaches on either the Ionian or Adriatic coast.

La Dimora è un luogo speciale; si tratta di un immobile della fine dell'800, probabilmente di origine rurale, ristrutturato con estremo buongusto e amore, arredato con cura collezionistica. Le foto possono dare una prima rappresentazione dell'immobile ma non possono rendere l'ampiezza degli spazi, la qualità dei materiali, la cura dei dettagli. La pulizia, come sottolineato da altri commenti, è eccezionale, più unica che rara; mi sembra che non sia stato ancora detto che tutto (non solo è pulitissimo, ma anche) odora di pulito; fantastico! Tra gli innumerevoli dettagli, sorprendono i materiali degli asciugamani, delle lenzuola, delle tovaglie. Gli host sono persone speciali, cortesi, disponibili, mai invadenti. Il tutto, dunque, ha superato nettamente le aspettative, già elevate. Sicuramente tornerò!

Manca l'eliporto (pur in realtà essendoci tutto lo spazio necessario e sufficiente, sul terrazzo). Ovviamente scherzo. Tutto perfetto!!!
