10 Mi to Navarre Beach! Waterfront Rental w/ Pool

Family of 4 staying for 3 nights in July. Spacious and clean 2 bedroom townhouse located in a residential community. Stylishly furnished and very comfortable. Decent shower and comfortable bed. No water view but you can walk over to it within the community to take a look. Pool view and mostly unused so it was a nice feature. Kitchen was well equipped for a longer stay. A bit of a drive away from the Navarre beaches and restaurants but there were food options along the highway and close by. Nice to have a washer/dryer facility in there.

There would have been a nice view from the master bedroom but the sliding door was clouded over with condensation - a broken seal so it ideally needs a fix so you can see outside. Noisy road from the outdoor patio areas. No tea towels that we found - paper roll only. We felt like it was overpriced at a few hundred dollars per night considering location (next to busy highway) and considerable distance from the beach. Maybe better to share with another family if you can to make it worthy. When you're paying that much per night I disliked being expected to strip down our sheets and take out our trash. You wouldn't be doing this if it were a hotel and it cheapened the experience overall. Guests paying higher fees just don't want to do cleanup when they're sometimes hurriedly trying to vacate a whole family so it was too much, beyond leaving the place respectfully tidy and that's what we did.
