Perfect base for exploring Osaka. The instructions were clear and check-in was seamless. Located close to two subway lines with easy access to Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and all the best food and shopping the city has to offer. Far enough from the main tourist chaos to feel like a genuine neighbourhood stay rather than a hotel corridor.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. The property delivered on everything it promised, and we would not change a thing about our stay.

Exceptional location, close to great shopping areas and to local transport. The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. We'd be very happy to stay again.

We found the washing machine hard to use, mostly because the labels on the machine panel were not easy for our apps to translate.. The instructions provided in the booklet were a little hard to understand. (we're English speakers). It took us many attempts to get the machine to work for us. It would have been useful if there were tea towels to help dry dishes.

The location was nice and close to Dotonburi. It was easy to get down there and go shopping. The bed was decently comfortable.

The bed although it was soft and comfy was falling apart. The Bed frame came apart and I stubbed my toe on it several times. The pictures make the room look alot bigger than it is. It's REALLY small inside. If you have a family with a stroller you're going to be struggling for space with two luggage and a stroller. There was just no extra room for anything. It was so tight. The kitchen wasn't big enough for 3 people to sit so realistically only 1 or 2 people can sit. It's unbelievably tight. The Bathroom has a smell to it and I can tell they didn't clean it well before I arrived. Also while using the toilet if you're taller (6ft), your knees most certainly will hit the door while sitting. The dryer doesn't work in the washer so we had to resort to air drying on the balcony. We tried for hours to get it to work but nothing would make the dryer work. The instructions provided with the room were basic but didn't cover a whole lot.
