We got in late at night, so it was nice that there was coffee and creamer stocked. The location was excellent. Everything we wanted to do was walkable.

I love this property and the location of it. Decent sized rooms with comfortable beds and closets in each room.
This is now my second stay here and my only problems with this property were the tvs, Wi-Fi, and the ac. I couldn’t get a tv to work the whole time I was there and neither room has a remote, Just the living room. The Wi-Fi only works if you are on porch or in living room. As for the ac , it wasn’t horrible but it stayed around 75-72 even after trying to get it to go down so it was a little hot at times but nothing too bad.

Location was great, right near everything in the French Quarter. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Great for our group of friends to stay together.
Someone showed up in the middle of the day without warning to clean a vent. We ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags and had to go to the store to buy more. There were some fire places in the hallway that did cause a tripping hazard; they were covered with rugs which made it worse.
