Appartamento grande in seminterrato, comodo per 4 persone. Pulito, bagno con doccia spaziosa.

Rénovation récente, de bonne qualité avec deux jolies chambres et une très belle salle d'eau avec une grande douche italienne. Cuisine correctement équipée (pas de lave vaisselle) et espace laverie avec machine et sèche linge
C'est un appartement légèrement enterré avec juste des petites fenêtres en hauteur. Ca manque de lumière et ce n'est pas bien indiqué dans l'annonce. Il a été bien refait mais l'équipement n'est pas à la hauteur: des lits qui bougent, matelas à ressort, draps et couettes synthétiques "cheap", une chaise sur quatre cassée. C'est dommage. Prévoir une connexion aux chaines locales sur la télévision et pas uniquement Netflix. Attention, le quartier est excentré de Montréal centre ou du métro
