Die Beleuchtung in der Cabin war sehr gut gemacht

Die ganze Anlage war dreckig. Eigentlich ist es mit dem Sofa eher eine Ausstattung für eine Person. Der Zugang zur Cabin geht bergauf mit Treppe bzw. andersherum zur Toilette und Küche und dieser Weg war durch ein Baustellenflatterband gesperrt. Dieses mussten wir durchschneiden damit für die Gefahr während des nächtlichen Toilettengangs reduziert wurde. Für uns ältere Menschen höchst gefährlich zumal es auch keine Beleuchtung hatte. Für jeden eine Zumutung. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis steht in keinem Verhältnis. Es ist eher Abzocke. Rip off. Über 60.€ könnte man reden.

Superbe

Le logement était divisé en deux, nous avions une cabane privée et une maison principale. Nous avons aimé la localisation, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, éloigné du centre ville mais arrêt de bus à proximité pour s’y rendre. Maison entourée de neige, cadre magnifique.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de salle de bain/toilettes dans la cabane privée.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!

Es war eine Frechheit. Ich habe diese Unterkunft für mich und meine 2 Kinder gebucht. Diese Cabin ist hinter dem Haupthaus ohne Klo, ohne Bad mit einem steilen Weg hinauf. Es war natürlich Schnee und rutschig. Da in der Nacht auf die Toilette gehen zu müssen mit 2 Kindern ist eine Zumutung. Wir kamen hin und die Cabin war so klein, dass man sich zu dritt nicht darin aufhalten kann für längere Zeit. Es war nur ein Bett gemacht obwohl ich für 3 gebucht habe. Nachdem ich bei der Nummer angerufen hatte, die bei booking stand, hob ein Mann ab, der mir auf Englisch versicherte, ich könnte das Zimmer stornieren. Ich war beruhigt, denn dort konnte ich nicht bleiben. Dann rief mich ein anderer an und sagte, ich hätte nur mit dem Putzmann gesprochen und es gäbe keine Rückerstattung. Ich habe mich bei booking beschwert. Der Eigentümer hat auch nicht auf booking reagiert. Booking hat versprochen, mir eine Rückerstattung zu geben. Das wurde dann auch nicht gemacht, sondern nur eine Gutschrift von 25 Euro!! Diese Unterkunft kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen. Und booking werde ich auch nicht mehr verwenden. Außer es findet sich eine Lösung.
