Stylish 3-room vacation apartment in the “Alte Stadtgärtnerei” with approx. 70 m² spread over 2 levels (first floor and basement) for 4 people, featuring a private terrace, parking space, and Wi-Fi. Completely renovated in 2021! Just a few hundred meters from the beach and the bustling city center, yet you still have the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing vacation in peace on your own terrace with a beach chair!
The very bright and modern apartment offers space for the whole family. Spanning two levels (first floor and basement), it features a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a spacious shower room, an additional guest restroom, as well as a private sauna and your own terrace.
The heart of this wonderful apartment is the spacious living room with an open kitchen, a cozy couch, two armchairs, and a dining table with four chairs. For coffee lovers, a drip coffee maker and an additional Nespresso machine are available. From here, you also have direct access to your own south-facing terrace with a beach chair and patio furniture.
