- This is a private basement apartment. While your suite is completely separate, you may occasionally hear normal footsteps or everyday household sounds from the upstairs residence.
- The bathroom includes a shower only; there is no bathtub.
- The apartment has two entrance doors. One entrance is reserved for the upstairs residence and remains permanently locked.

- No smoking or vaping inside the apartment.
- No parties or events.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been given.
Any misuse of the property—including hosting unauthorized parties or events, engaging in illegal activities, causing excessive disturbances, or damaging the property—will result in a $500 penalty, in addition to any applicable cleaning fees, repair or replacement costs, and any losses incurred due to cancelled bookings.
