Awesome 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home spacious enough to sleep 5 people comfortably. This amazing home is up to date with high quality standards. Amenities including large front sunroom, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and 3 parking spaces in the front and parking available in the rear. Located 3 mins from Historic Downtown area, close to shopping, dining areas, 10 mins from Pawleys Island beach, and 30 mins from Myrtle Beach. This is a smoke free home, but your more than welcome to smoke outside. There is a $200 fee for smoking inside the house or sunroom.

Great location for us as we were close to baseball field and downtown. Enjoyed our time in Georgetown.

It served us well for our purpose. We were disappointed and I guess I have to say dissatisfied with the fact that the master bath shower drain was clogged when we arrived. One of us tried showering Friday evening and he realized it wasn’t draining. He spent a good bit of time & energy plunging it so it would drain. Didn’t dare use it again. The host’s resolution of the problem was to have it fixed after we checked out. I think he didn’t want to disturb us.Then last evening (Saturday) I tried showering in the second bathroom. Although there was hot water in the sink, I ran the bathtub faucet for 8-10 minutes and never got even warm water.For five people to have no functioning shower for the weekend was pretty challenging. It’s were good old, close friends. I wouldn’t wish that on anyone else so hopefully it will be fixed before the next rental. I would rate that as unacceptable. Again, the place was inexpensive, the sheets & towels were clean and it served our purpose. So, 3 stars. A ding apiece for two non-functioning showers.
