Everything is accessible without taking your car: Beaches, shops, activities, restaurants.
SIX-FOURS – CAP NEGRE (beach 2 min on foot) Comfortable T3 apartment for 5 people with its pretty terrace and large private garden. VERY QUIET environment
Air-conditioned and ventilated accommodation.
A private parking space.
The apartment on the ground floor has a living room with TV, Wifi open to the fully equipped American kitchen
(Oven, microwave, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, multifunction robot, etc.).
A high table will also be used for lunch for 5 people.
All opening directly onto the terrace and the tree-lined garden exposed S/E sheltered from the wind.
BEDS at your disposal: A double bedroom with double bed 140*200 and a bedroom with bunk bed 3 beds 90*200. In the living room, a 140*200 RAPIDO sofa bed.
Separate toilets.
The "COZY terrace" offers a perfect atmosphere for having lunch outside and enjoying your holidays with its barbecue/plancha available.
Others will take advantage of the beach 200 meters away or will be tempted by the joys of the Provençal market.
Whatever your state of mind! alone, as a couple or as a family, you will find what you are looking for!

Located 5 min walk from all the shops (Boulangerie Paul, Carrefour Market etc.)

Very beautiful hikes are also accessible directly from the apartment:
On foot, on the coastal path from Cap Nègre to the Gaou peninsula.
By bike, you will enjoy a superb cycle path from Sanary to Ile du Gaou.
