About this apartment rental
Our Unit is renovated and right outside Marina, Tower Pool, ocean side tikis and grills. Located at the heart of Key Largo MM 100 in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security.
Kawama is a 24-acre complex surrounded by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all the keys.
The property amenities include a saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, and two heated swimming pools as well as the private pool for the tower units.
The property has an onsite marina with a boat ramp that gives guests ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the area's best fishing, snorkeling, diving, and sandbars. Other amenities include boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts.
Guest can fish, kayak, or snorkel the Ocean via our rock jetty.

The host was very helpful. The facility was clean and well equipped, very comfortable. Enjoyed the location close to the water, nice for chillin.

Andy was a great host and his place is very nice. The only complaint I have is the guard at the gate was very rude. We had trouble getting in after we went to dinner and instead of telling us what we did wrong we were screamed out telling us we didn’t slow down enough (which wasn’t true).

We had an amazing time at our stay! The location and view were incredible, and the condo was beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. It was a great spot. There was some construction and updates to another condo during the weekdays, which could have been a bit more quiet. Overall, though, our experience was fantastic!

Our stay was great! Our host Andy was amazing and always able to answer questions efficiently which we had a lot. The location is amazing and so much to do with the pools, saltwater lagoon, beach, golf cart, etc.
