The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Perfect location. The home had everything we needed and we enjoyed having coffee on the deck. The bunk room used to be a single car garage and is a good use of space. The kitchen and baths are all original, dated, but fine. It smelled like it had been closed up for a long time. Overall, no complaints and a good value.
