The waves of grace beach house is where you will find peace and at the same time fun! With a sandy bottom you feel even more beachy! It is a family friendly environment/neighborhood with the beach just 2 min walk away! This beach house is located at the center of the OBX.

This house has a lot of maintenance issues that need addressed. The smaller shower was useless, it only sprays a fine mist. The larger shower has a leak near the shower head. There is a leak under the sink and it smelled very moldy under there. We had to empty the pan collecting water.
Also, some little things would go a long way such as making sure the soap in the dispenser is full and replace the cheap single ply toilet paper with something better. We would have also have appreciated access to extra paper towels and trash bags. There is not enough kitchen supplies either. You need to add a nice pan to cook stuff in and perhaps a cookie sheet, plus more utensils such as tongs.
