There are 4 large bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets, a TV/games room, a large living room/kitchen which opens onto a 50 m² terrace with views of the Pyrenees. The terrace is shaded and equipped with a plancha. We have a hut / swing area in the garden. The house has a large courtyard with 4 parking spaces. Not far from two lakes and 30 minutes from the Basque and Landes beaches.
