About this apartment rental

Launch your adventure at this peaceful, centrally-located condo. Just a 10-minute drive to Keystone, 15 minutes to A-Basin and Copper Mountain, and 30 minutes to Breckenridge and Vail. Walk to Dillon Reservoir to enjoy walking trails, beach, Dillon Amphitheater, tiki bar, boating, paddle boarding, outdoor yoga, and more.

1 minute drive to City Market, movie theater, and restaurants in town. 2 minutes to I-70. Enjoy a beer on the porch swings while watching the sunset over Buffalo Mountain.

When you park at the condo complex, there is a short staircase to get down to the entrance. Then, you walk into a shared mudroom perfect for leaving coats, shoes, and equipment. Open the second door to a staircase up to your third-floor condo with mountain views. The bedroom has a double bed, and the couch pulls out to a queen-size mattress.

Laundry facilities are available in the condo complex but not in-unit.

Please remember people live in the condos full-time. Be friendly and respectful.
