This charming rural villa is located in beautiful Dalsland. The house is of an older style that has been warmly renovated inside. Here there are plenty of green areas for the children to play. The house is located on a farm elevated on a hill with beautiful views of the surroundings. Here the best of two landscapes meet, Munkedal in Bohuslän and Valbo-Ryr parish located in Dalsland. You are close to swimming in several lakes around, one by the church about 5 minutes by car. You are welcomed into a smaller hall. The kitchen is newly renovated in 2023 with light and warm country style. Adjacent is the living room with comfortable sofa, armchairs and TV corner. The kitchen has everything to offer. Large fridge and freezer if you find fishing luck in any of the lakes. A fishing license is required, which can be bought in Munkedal or Färgelanda. The staircase is bright and the older charm remains. Next to this is a small bathroom with washing machine wc, sink and small shower area. The stairs up lead you to the bedrooms with a large bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm. The living room has a desk and a bunk bed for 2 beds. The house is perfect for the family of 4 people or the group of 2-4 people. There has been a cat in the home and there is a cat living in the yard. There is a great chance to see Sweden's wild animals roaming the grounds such as deer, hares, foxes and, if you are lucky, even moose. If you want to get to the sea, you can easily do so with a day trip to the beautiful Saltkällan. Dalsland itself has a lot to experience and see and it is probably beautiful nature.
