Loft 2 features 3 bedrooms, living room, private bath, fridge and microwave. Shared guest kitchen downstairs in courtyard. Parking for up to 8 vehicles. Additional loft (Loft 1) available for groups of up to 17 guests.
Situated in the heart of Alpine, this 7400+/- square foot complex sits on over a half-acre in the foothills of Sul Ross State University, offering spectacular views from the balcony right outside your loft door!
Owners live on site, in the main house. Loft is suitable for up to 10 people. There is another loft next to yours that suites up to 7 people.
Shared guest indoor/ Outdoor kitchen, shared courtyard with fountain, off street parking with motion sensing lighting, balcony views, pergola with grill.
Neighborhood is residential (so please be respectful of noise levels after 10:00 p.m.), with easy access to the City Park, Kokernot Field (Home of the O6 Cowboys!), Sul Ross State University and scenic Loop Road. Abundant wildlife, including numerous deer, quiet neighborhood and awesome 360 degree views.
Enter property through the alleyway to the left of the house. There is a sign to show you where to turn in. Parking available on north end of the property, off street. Use this entrance to access courtyard.
No unregistered guests allowed on the property.
Do Not Provide door codes or keys to unregistered guests.
Kitchen and laundry areas are for registered guests` use only.

Our family really enjoyed the property, and it is a great place to stay. Its off the busy roads and was very peaceful. The courtyard is amazing, with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The property manager had excellent communication throughout the process.

We enjoyed our stay in this property when visiting the Big Bend NP. It has everything we needed with access to the kitchen and laundry. Carter & Brittany were so quick to respond to our questions and requests.
