About this apartment rental
Nestle amongst Burgundy Place with friends & family. The perfect place to unwind with a spacious open plan kitchen & living leading out to a large deck to enjoy a glass of wine. This home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes it perfect for everyone. Enjoy what Martinborough has to offer with the award winning vineyards, Martinborough Brewery & local shops with full access to the 20m heated communal salt water pool (closed April to end Oct), tennis court & pétanque.
Tucked away towards the end of a private cul-de-sac is the start of one of the many alluring features of the house. The floor to ceiling sliding windows open out onto the spacious and private back deck, which gets drenched in all day sun provides the perfect space to relax in. Whether you like to fire up the BBQ, or relax with a book and glass of wine, this deck has you covered. Once the sun goes down, move into the lounge and settle in and watch a movie on the 42 inch HD Flatscreen Smart TV, or find a new series to binge on Netflix Boasting 4 bedrooms with the option of an additional 2 roll out beds, makes this place ideal for entertaining large groups and families.

- The Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, bed-side tables, lamps, walk-in wardrobe
and ensuite
- Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, bed side tables, lamps and wardrobe
- Bedroom 3 has two single beds, lamp, wardrobe
- Bedroom 4 - has two single beds, lamp, wardrobe
You will have full access to the property and back deck. The Pinot Grove pool, tennis court and trampoline are available to be used by guests staying at the house. Note: the pool is closed between Easter and Labour weekend. Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am.
Walk into the square and have dinner at the Martinborough Hotel which boasts a Michelin star chef, have coffee at Neighbourhood cafe or meet the locals over bacon and eggs at Kitcheners.
If shopping is your thing, have a poke around in the funky lil boutique shops sprinkled around the square and grab some of the locally produced delicacies on offer.
Just half an hour`s drive from Martinborough is Lake Ferry, a sleepy beach village on the shores of Lake Onoke where it empties into rugged Palliser Bay.
Go fishing with views of the South Island, try catching whitebait if you`re here in spring - or just enjoy a sunset dinner at the Lake Ferry Hotel. They do fab whitebait fritters and flounder!
There is a bus stop right outside Pinot Grove which connects with the train at Featherston, from there you can go into Wellington or Masterton
There is a taxi service and it is best to book ahead or you can hire bikes from the square

The rooms were clean and comfortable the only issue was the heat pump that took a long time to warm up the lounge.

Not the cleanest around showers and toilet.really hard to get key out of or return in container.
Milk in fridge but no coffee supplied(just tea).
Tv only channels 1,2and 3 available.
After searching finally found tv control on floor tucked in beside couch.
Heat pump did not work properly(cold air only)
Disappointed.
