An open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher...
Bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet.
On the first floor:
A bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and storage space.
A smaller second bedroom in a cabin style with bunk beds.
The air conditioning is located at the top of the stairs.
Terrace with garden furniture and sun lounger.
A parking space is available in the residence, which is gated with an electric gate.
The residence offers a pool, a petanque court, a volleyball court, a ping-pong table, and a children's playground.
Pets are not allowed.
Internet connection is available (additional charge).

Not included in the rental: final cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax.
