Villa Torre delle Rose is a wonderful villa, created from the careful renovation of an agricultural farm within an ancient hamlet in the hills of Visignano, near Firenzuola.
The facilities for your exclusive use for relaxation and leisure are really many: the natural swimming pool( 5 x 10 x 1.06-1.50), the furnished outdoor veranda complete with barbecue and pizza oven, a gym with equipment ( mats, weights, magic circle, exercise bike, treadmill, elliptical, wall bar, etc.) 50 m away, a play area for the little ones, and for the more sporty 10 mountain bikes to be used to explore the paths that start right from the park of the villa.
Also available to guests is a vegetable garden from which you can pick fruits according to the season. For the enjoyment of young and old also table tennis, soft air field and billiards! The owner offers on request (with payment on the spot): possibility of horseback riding with an escort, cook service, cooking classes, organization of a refreshment point for excursions, shopping service.
There is also a small store in the hamlet where primary goods can be purchased. The farm raises cattle and produces cheese, cereals and chestnuts.
If you wish to organize some excursions not to be missed: Florence (75 km), Bologna (90km), while for water sports the Bilancino Lake (swimmable) 50 km away. Only 6 km away you can spend a pleasant day at the Santerno River where you can fish and swim during the warm season, the landscape is enchanting!

Villa Torre delle Rose consists of four buildings. On the ground floor of the main building we find the living room, armchairs and writing desk, a second living room with sofas, armchairs and two televisions, dining room, two communicating kitchens one with a central island with a fireplace, the other in steel with a stove with burners, bathroom. On the second floor are two adjoining bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) with a shared bathroom, as well as two double bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Another building has a kitchen with a fireplace on the ground floor, a living room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms with private bathrooms on the second floor (access to the outside). A former barn houses a living room with a sofa bed and a closet with a kitchenette, and on the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom. The smaller but very nice house has an area with a sofa, a bathroom and two single beds on the second floor.
The following might be to be paid extra: Air conditioning, Electricity, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax.
