The heart of the summer house is a large, open living room with good acoustics, connected to the well-equipped kitchen. There is room for everyone to get together and enjoy cooking, meals, games, a good movie, or whatever else takes your fancy. The room has several windows, allowing the fascinating North Jutland light to flood in. The house is also highly insulated, so you can expect low energy costs. The cottage is tastefully decorated, and if you want something a little out of the ordinary, this modern and well-appointed cottage is worth a closer look. The style is modern and functional with four bedrooms with good beds and closet space. Two large bathrooms with shower, floor heating, washing machine, and dryer. There are terraces, partially covered, as well as a patio heater in the covered area. There is plenty of shelter, shade, and the opportunity to move around with the sun. There is a gas grill (free gas consumption). The lawn offers plenty of space for play and there is a trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance). Other activities in the house include table tennis, volleyball net, gaming console, and paddleboard rental. Nearby, you will also find a grocery store open in the summer, a café, a lovely playground, and Brattens bathing jetty with wheelchair access. Not available for rental to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
