About this house rental
Welcome to this inviting holiday home at beautiful Flovt Beach, the perfect setting for a relaxing family vacation. The house is well equipped with modern amenities including a heat pump, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bright living room, with its many windows, fills the interior with natural light and creates a welcoming atmosphere. A spacious kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms — one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed — as well as a separate annex with an additional double bed provide sleeping space for the whole family. Outdoors, you can enjoy several terraces designed for relaxation and socializing. The front terrace is furnished with lounge seating, while the southwest-facing terrace at the back offers both a covered area for shade and an open section for sunbathing. The garden is mostly enclosed, making it ideal for families, and includes a lawn with two small goals, a sandpit, a fire pit, and sun loungers. Children will love the trampoline, though it is used at your own risk. Flovt Beach, just a short distance away, is known for its wide stretch of white sand and shallow, child-friendly shoreline. It is a favorite among families and, on windy days, attracts kite and windsurfers who put on a lively display across the waves. With its blend of comfort, fun activities, and a fantastic location, this holiday home offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay by the sea.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
