Well-equipped holiday cottage with sweeping views of the North Sea from the living room, terrace and plot. The house is located on a plot approx. 300 m from the beach. The area around Harrerenden is scenic and popular because of the attractive location near the sea and the beach, yet close to Lønstrup. The decor is modern, Danish style with an emphasis on wellbeing and comfort, just like the big windows let in maximum natural light throughout the day. The owner has furnished the house with a steady hand and good taste, so that the house always appears smooth and appealing. Access to the mezzanine is via a bunk bed in one of the rooms - therefore the mezzanine is not intended for adults. There are approx. 100 TV channels. To the west is a large, open terrace with spectacular sea views, while the south/east facing terrace offers plenty of shelter and is secluded. The plot is an open plot with excellent opportunities for outdoor living both day and night. For children there is a swing set and a sandbox.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
