5 person holiday home in Hals

Well located cottage close to Hou, marina, beach and with short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The cottage, which has been continuously renovated, has three bedrooms and an open kitchen / living room with good dining area and access to a nice covered terrace to the west with garden furniture and barbecue. In the kitchen you will find i.a. combined oven and microwave as well as a dishwasher. Furthermore, from the east-facing terrace there is a view of the water and the child-friendly sandy beach, which is located within 200 meters. There is a carport, swing and sandpit on the plot. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
