This modern designer home features an open integrated fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space, which opens onto a patio. Enjoy some alfresco dining with friends and family in the garden or take a refreshing dip in the private pool. Spanning two levels the property embraces natural light, with tastefully styled interiors and walls adorned in a gradually growing number of original art pieces. This holiday home and its setting are peaceful and safe, allowing you and the family to completely unwind.

* While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

This was our first return back to the Sunshine Coast after Covid since we used to come here every summer for the past 5 years before covid so we were a bit worried things had changed a bit, but this house was amazing, everything we had expected, and we loved the segregated media and living rooms which made it very easy to spend quality time together in the living room when needed or the media room when it was time for movies or our favourite, to watch the tennis. The pool was amazing and decking area and back yard was just the right size with a beautiful view to Mt Coolum and the beautiful plants in the yard just made it so much better. The location was also fantastic giving security given it was a gated community and also easy access to the beach and private tennis court. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a lovely vacation away from home.

Some of the outdoor furniture is in a bit of disrepair, the pool needs some TLC and the cleaning could be better but overall our group had a lovely long weekend stay. We appreciated the very effective ducted air con on the hot weekend.

The property manager was friendly and prompt at responding to our questions. The house had enough room for all of us and the outdoor space was great for enjoying the weather. Location was great too!
