The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and is perfect for cooking together.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor.
A staircase leads up to the open-concept bedroom with a double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2 m), a clothes rack, a dresser, and a storage area with a vacuum cleaner.
Garden furniture and a beach chair invite you to relax. The garden is wonderfully sheltered and landscaped with native plants.
You can relax wonderfully on an east-facing terrace and a west-facing terrace.
A garden shed for bicycles and a parking space for a car are available.
