Tramonto 501 | Depa centrico con vista a ciudad

First, was contacted twice prior to arrival to say I didn't pay. I sent credit card statements to prove that I had. Once resolved and we arrived we were provided two bath towels and one roll of TP for a 10 day stay. They never checked on us once and never provided a telephone number, e-mails only. Very spartan accommodations: one bed (very comfortable), one futon, and one VERY small patio table to be used both inside and out. Elevators at property were constantly not working, and there is nor service elevator so staff uses too. This is a big issue on a 19 story building. I spent 15 minutes waiting on an elevator once before giving up and taking the stairs. Pool was absolutely FREEZING. Staff was nice, location is very good. We came for the eclipse and found out after the fact were charged well over double the normal going rate, but guess that's to be expected during an event like that. All in all, not a terrible experience, but I would choose somewhere else next time.
