60/40, work/play stay. Second time renting, great spot, well stocked kitchen, awesome outdoor space and water access...I am hoping for another wonderful stay next year!!

Very quiet neighborhood, clean and relaxing. Screened in back porch was a hit for stories and relaxing.

Nice home/lot Boat dock does not work Water is very very low/ no safe way in due to water being low even at high tide. if you have a real boat do not even attempt. Neighbors very nice to let use boat dock.Checking in/out you have to pick up key needs easier process No trash cans for garbage call for someone to pick up excesss trash Floor very dirtymopped several times
