This was the perfect property for us. Clean, comfortable and easy check in and communication with the host. We stayed for 9 days prior to our son's wedding at the Summerlin JW Marriott. The kitchen has all the basics for preparing simple meals but there are also many wonderful restaurants nearby (downtown Summerlin has several restaurants shopping, Honey Salt, Nittaya's Secret Kitchen), Very close to Red Rock Recreation area and only a 20 -30 minute drive to the Las Vegas strip. There is a nice park nearby for morning walks. I highly recommend!

Nice patio to relax on, comfortable beds, safe neighborhood, good communication with the manager, and an easy check out list made our stay very pleasant!

Felt safe in this quite neighborhood and parking was not a problem. Kitchen had everything we needed and loved the bedrooms.
